How can I book a date?
- Send me a message with your preferred date and time.
- I will respond quickly to confirm availability and discuss the details of the shooting.
- A pre-payment will then be required to reserve the date.
Booking & Payment
- A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date.
- No date is reserved without payment. Dates are assigned in order of confirmed deposits.
- The remaining 70% must be paid on the day of the session/event.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash.
How long will the photo shoot last?
- 1-2 hours for the personal portrait shooting, depending on the package.
- For the wider projects, artistic performances and video, the duration is discussed individually.
How do you choose photos for retouching?
- The photographer handles the curation and selects the best images for editing.
Delivery of material
- Photos are delivered digitally via a personal online gallery.
- Delivery times: 2-3 weeks (vary depending on the package)
- Express editing (48–72 hours) has an additional cost.
- RAW files and unedited photos are not delivered.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance can be rescheduled once with no penalty.
- Cancellations made within 7 days result in loss of deposit due to time block, planning, and prior costs.
- In case of rescheduling due to weather or force majeure, a new date will be arranged by mutual agreement and subject to availability.
Copyright & Usage
- The client has the right to use the images for personal, promotional, or commercial purposes (depending on the service).
- The photographer may use some images for social media, portfolio, or promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise before the session. (discussed individually)
Locations & Travel
- The prices listed are valid for photo sessions in Brussels.
- For sessions outside of Brussels or those requiring special permits, additional transportation or other costs will be added.
